upcoming teacher training + yoga workshops
We lead a variety of in-studio and virtual workshops, with sessions being interactive and grounded in evidence-informed practice with a strong adult learning focus.

Our expertise in adult learning and transformational change, combined with trauma-informed practice and yoga training, creates workshops that are deeply experiential and practice-led.
our philosophy
We believe that while not all yoga or movement classes need to be trauma-informed, all movement facilitators and space-holders should have an understanding of trauma-informed practices and why they're so important. Being trauma-aware should be the minimum standard we move towards.

Trauma-informed yoga is a welcome addition to a clinical mental health practice, teaching practice and many movement and people-facilitation spaces. If you're not sure if this is the right program for you feel free to get in touch - questions are always welcome.
upcoming programs
the art of choice: cultivating resilience through embodied decisions
This workshop is an exploration of the connection between nervous system regulation and our capacity for choice. You will learn how chronic stress and past experiences can impact our ability to make conscious decisions, often leading to reactive instead of considered actions.

The session offers a thoughtful balance of nervous system education and gentle, embodied practices that support a greater sense of agency. Without requiring personal disclosure, you will discover how cultivating a deeper relationship with your body can support a more grounded, intuitive approach to navigating decisions, both large and small. Through guided somatic practices and reflective journaling, you will build the foundation for more intentional living.
30hr trauma-informed yoga teacher training program
This training provides essential knowledge and practical skills for implementing trauma-aware and trauma-informed approaches in yoga settings. Through a combination of self-paced learning, live webinars, and intensive weekend workshops, participants will develop a thorough understanding of trauma’s impact on the body and brain, while learning strategies for creating psychologically safe and empowering environments for the community they support.

Key areas of focus include neurobiological foundations of trauma response, interoception, power dynamics, choice-making, and sustainable practice development. The program emphasises both theoretical understanding and practical application, ensuring participants can effectively integrate trauma-informed principles into their teaching.
