Renée instantly made me feel welcomed into the space with her warm and inviting energy.

The content was well put together and flowed in a way that was easy to absorb and I will weave this knowledge into my teaching.

Diana

Easy to understand, very engaging and informative.

Renée is a skilful facilitator and educator. Warm, inclusive, funny, grounded, approachable, respectful and a kind human being.

Her passion for trauma informed approach in settings beyond yoga practice is inspiring and much needed.

David

This was the most engaging reframing of mental health and trauma and what that looks like in the workplace that I've attended.

Renée is a superb facilitator who is equally at home facilitating strategic conversations in C-level groups and boards as in a yoga studio.

tailored workshops and learning strategy

Real trauma-informed leadership and practice isn't a one-size-fits-all checklist. We work with teams to build change capabilities through learning experiences designed around your actual context - your people, challenges and existing ways of working.

Workshops can be delivered in the workplace, as intensives (often in retreat / wellbeing settings), in combination with accessible corporate yoga or broken into smaller parts for a series of virtual workshops.

Often glossed over, something far more important than beautiful strategies or learning design is a focus on the learner that prioritises the likelihood of successful and sustainable implementation of change.

You might be coming from an organisation steeped in trauma-informed care or practice approaches (with most models missing organisational leadership and system application entirely) or maybe you see this as the next step in authentic leadership and aligning with your mission and values.

Wherever you're starting, we meet you there.
