community yoga classes

trauma-informed yoga for all

These 45-minute slow flow classes create a predictable space for gentle movement and self-paced exploration.

Every shape is offered as an invitation, with multiple options to find what feels right for you. We emphasise choice, control and connection to self, while respecting personal space and boundaries.

No pressure to achieve any particular shape - this is your practice, your way. Suitable for everyone, including complete beginners.

flexible practice

We welcome students from all walks of life and are firm believers in people being experts in their own lives and experiences. Our practice is rooted in person-centred principles and is LGBTQI+ affirming, led by lived experience of complex trauma, and welcoming of all abilities.

Yoga can be adapted in many ways to best serve the needs of each person. This might look like trauma-informed chair yoga, a simple seated practice with no experience needed, an active Vinyasa class, or a restorative Yin class. We are qualified in a number of styles and can deliver trauma-informed yoga in a way that's accessible to you, whether in the studio or virtually at home.

If you have specific accessibility needs you'd like to discuss before booking, please contact us. We're here to work with you to make sure we're the right fit - and refer you on to someone who might be better suited if we're not.
