tailored support:
virtual and in-studio trauma-informed 1:1 yoga
These 1:1 sessions offer gentle movement practices centred on choice, safety and self-awareness. We're using evidence-informed and research-backed movement practices which have many benefits - including 'brain bicep curls' for our brain-body connection - a key part of integrating life (and the nervous system's) big experiences.

Our approach focuses on building felt safety, interoception and choice-making - we can move at your pace, and dial the energy/movement up or down depending on how you feel on the day.

Whether you're building interoceptive skills, working towards attending group classes, or simply seeking a supportive space for nervous system regulation, sessions are tailored to your needs and goals.
flexible practice
We welcome students from all walks of life and are firm believers in people being experts in their own lives and experiences. Our practice is rooted in person-centred principles and is LGBTQI+ affirming, led by lived experience of complex trauma, and welcoming of all abilities.

Yoga can be adapted in many ways to best serve the needs of each person. This might look like trauma-informed chair yoga, a simple seated practice with no experience needed, an active Vinyasa class, or a restorative Yin class. We are qualified in a number of styles and can deliver trauma-informed yoga in a way that's accessible to you, whether in the studio or virtually at home.

If you have specific accessibility needs you'd like to discuss before booking, please contact us. We're here to work with you to make sure we're the right fit - and refer you on to someone who might be better suited if we're not.
Experience trauma-informed yoga from the comfort of your own space. Using evidence-based TCTSY principles, we focus on internal awareness rather than external achievement - each movement is an invitation, not instruction.

Perfect for those new to yoga, returning to movement after trauma, or anyone seeking a personalised, non-directive approach to healing and resilience.

Sessions can follow a structured 10-week programme or be adapted to your specific goals. No experience necessary - just bring yourself as you are.
