trauma-informed yoga mentoring and 1:1 support
Holding space for others is big work. It’s meaningful, and it can be complex. These 1:1 sessions are a dedicated space for you - a place to ask questions, reflect on your practice, and get the support you need to do this work sustainably.

This is professional support (sometimes called supervision) grounded in reflective practice. We can work together as a one-off, or over a series of sessions as part of your ongoing commitment to your practice.

Whether you're new to facilitation, a seasoned clinician, or a student just starting out, these sessions are adapted to suit you.

who is this for?
This 1:1 support is for anyone integrating trauma-informed principles into their work:

-
Yoga Teachers & Facilitators (including graduates of my training or others) seeking ongoing reflective practice and support.
-
Psychologists, Counsellors & Clinicians who use somatic, embodied, or movement practices with clients.
-
Yoga Students considering facilitation training (with me or elsewhere) who prefer 1:1 learning.
-
Coaches, Educators & Support Workers who hold space for others and want to deepen their skills.
how we can work together
Just like the yoga practice itself, these sessions are person-centred. There’s no fixed curriculum. We focus on what's most relevant to you, right now.

Our work together might look like:
-
Reflective Practice: Talking through client dynamics, professional boundaries, or challenging moments from your sessions.
-
Skill Deepening: Refining your invitational language, exploring choice-making, and practically applying Polyvagal Theory.
-
Embodied Learning: Grounding in your own practice and nervous system as the foundation for how you hold space.
-
Bridging Theory to Practice: Moving from the "what" and "why" of trauma-informed movement/thinking to the "how" in your specific setting.
A note: This support is focused on your professional development as a facilitator or practitioner. It is not personal therapy. Our focus remains on your skills, understanding, and capacity in your professional role.
