Trauma Informed Leadership

workshops
My workshops are designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to integrate trauma-informed practices into their daily work.
These sessions are interactive, engaging, and rooted in adult learning theory to ensure lasting impact.

authentic, impactful + purpose-driven workshops
With years as an educator and learning designer, I prioritise adult learning theory, transformational learning and change thinking, and having authentic conversations that can shift practice. These sessions are interactive, engaging, and rooted in adult learning theory to ensure lasting impact.

Working closely with internal teams, organisation's vision and key environmental concerns are integrated, helping to create meaningful 'aha' moments and cultural shift.
Plus, the Trauma Informed Leadership social enterprise business model means every booking supports free training for small nonprofits and community groups!
My workshops are:
-
Tailored to your audience: all workshops are customised to support your specific needs and context
-
Compelling and evidence based: I am a big believer in radical candor and have a love for engaging workshops that deliver value beyond the happy sheet with reflective practice and actionable insights.
-
Aligned with your organisational corporate social responsibility goals: As a small trauma-informed social enterprise with goals bigger than making a sale, my mission supports your values in action - and you get the feel-good factor of supporting small nonprofits and volunteer trauma-informed professional development!
short workshops
These short (2-4 hour) workshops offer a practical introduction to trauma-informed approaches for different groups. Perfect for teams, these sessions are designed to empower people with the skills to support others who may be experiencing trauma responses, stress, or heightened emotional states.
2 day workshops
Our 2-day collaborative workshops use social learning, technology & reflective practice techniques to create collaborative learning environments where participants get to really reflect on and embed Trauma Informed Leadership practices within their unique context.

The facilitation of these workshops includes a pre-workshop learning objective discussion (ideally with the lead of the initiative, the 'specialist' involved and a couple of team members who the workshop is being designed for), pre and post learning activities for the leader to encourage of learners and post-delivery advice and support.

Additional 1:1 or team post-workshop implementation and reflective practice sessions available to attendees as an optional service for those seeking additional support.
