Trauma Informed Leadership

social enterprise
free learning + support for those doing the good work
Trauma Informed leadership was established on the principle that every community organisation deserves access to high quality professional development that supports mental health, resilience and effective and evidence-based leadership development.
That’s why I've built a social enterprise model to offer free resources, workshops, and learning opportunities for qualifying small nonprofits and volunteer groups.

Our mission is simple: empower nonprofits and community organisations to foster safer, more inclusive environments for their teams, volunteers and the people they serve.
